Return and Open Purchase Policy

  • You have 15 days return policy from the day you received your order.
  • You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel or withdraw your order within 24 hours after placing it. Important to note:

  • The deadline starts from the moment you send your message to us – not when we respond.
  • Send your request to robust0106@gmail.com within 24 hours after ordering.
  • If we have already processed your order, you are responsible for the return according to the return policy below.

Return handling and refund

  • We process your return within 14 days of receipt.
  • Refunds are processed within 2–10 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

 Reasons for Returns

  • Defective product: We will send a new item and the cost of return of defective product.
  • Wrong size/color by customer: Refund, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Changed opinion: Refund, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. 
  • Wrong or missing item: We will correct the mistake and cover the shipping costs.
  • Damaged package: We will send a new product.
  • Incorrect address information: Please check carefully when ordering. If wrong address is by customer, we will have to wait till we can receive the package before we can proceed with any settlement.

Return shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We do not accept Freight To Collect (FTC).
  • For merchandise value over 500 SEK, traceable shipping is recommended.

Return process

  • Contact us viarobust0106@gmail.com with order number, product(s), and reason for return.
  • You will receive return instructions via email.
  • Use the original packaging for returns.

Refund

  • Approved  return: the full amount excluding shipping and return shipping will be refunded.
  • If the product is used or damaged, a deduction for depreciation may be made.

Reclamation and defective products

  • In case of faulty or defective goods, contact robust0106@gmail.com immediately for replacement
  • We cover the return shipping and will replace or repair according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
  • If the complaint is approved, the shipping cost will also be refunded.
